The software that I use is GotoAssistExpress from Citrix. The software encrypts the connection between us. So, It's safe to use. Pricing is reasonable. I charge per job. However, there is a $15 diagnostic fee per machine. If you bring me multiple machines I could combine the diagnostic fee and make it cheaper.
