Installed Windows 8 Developers Preview

I installed Win8 in VM via VirtualBox v4.0.12.  The build for this release is v8102.  The environment, HOST machine: AMD x6 1100T, 6GB Ram, 2TB HDD.  Guest OS: 3GB Ram, 20GB HDD.  First impressions: Slow, lack of responsiveness, Metro UI: I don't really care for it too much.
